AutoNation worked with my insurance to get my vehicle fixed - some other car side swiped my vehicle in a parking lot and left the scene. The work to my vehicle was great. The dents and scratches were gone - it was like new. They detailed my vehicle so my entire vehicle looked new! I loved that they called Enterprise to let them know I was there so they could send a car for me. And when I went to pick up my vehicle when the work was done, I was able to leave the rental car there and they took care of calling Enterprise to pick up the rental. I only had to pay AutoNation my deductible and I was out the door.
Had to replace the entire driver's side of my 2017 Honda CRV. Ed was amazing id give him a 20 10 is not high enough. Treated me with respect and kindness. Car was done a week early. Thank You to Ed and all the repair team that took care of my car. Lynda Wilford Amherst Ohio
