Autonation Ford was fantastic to work with for our vehicle purchase. We bought a used vehicle and it was immaculate inside and out. It had been serviced, fully detailed, and there was zero sales pressure to hurry up a decision. They were able to answer every question we had pertaining to the vehicle and provided a car fax report for it as well. My husband had mentioned jokingly about the least they could do was fill it up with gas, and sure enough, while we were signing the paperwork, they had gone out and filled it up and started us out with a full tank of gas! Matthew Hawley promptly reached out after I sent an inquiry online. Matthew is very professional and laid back. After working some details out over the phone I made the 5 hour drive to close the deal. The truck was presented to me as described online. Very clean truck. I’ve had service multiple times from this business and every single time, I’ve felt like they have taken the time to do quality work. The service team is wonderful and my service advisor, Derek, is always making sure he is on top of things! I was kept in the loop with the progress of my vehicle and I felt like the honesty and communication went a long way. The process was very simple from start and check in to finish and check out. Was looking to get a Newer car for my Wife and she suggest AutoNation Ford Amherst. We arrived Sat morning and was quickly greeted by Brandon. He asked us what we were looking for and he quickly went to work finding us vehicles that met our criteria. Two vehicles stood out to us, a 2023 Escape and a 2025 Escape. Wife drove both and said she'd be happy with either one. (She decided on the 2023 Escape). I told Brandon what My budget was and what I wanted to pay. He dug in, talked with their finance dept. and got it done for us. Brandon went above and beyond and eliminated the stress of shopping for a vehiclee.
