We had a great experience with Honda Collision Center. Carletta was very professional, knowledgeable, and kind throughout the entire process. She consistently kept us updated on the progress of our vehicle and made sure we understood every step. We are truly grateful for her excellent communication and outstanding customer service. The repair team did an amazing job on our car. After an e-bike hit it, we were worried about how it would look, but they restored it beautifully. John at Auto Nation was fabulous to work with. He kept me informed of every little detail. After a fender bender my car needed to be repaired. The work was superior! My car once again looks like I just drove it out of the showroom.

I had my car in for bumper repairs. Automation Collision Center did a great job on the repairs and also advocated on my behalf with a rental contract dispute with Enterprise Rent a Car. I had rented the car for 4 days, but was overcharged. Even after providing proof to Enterprise Rent a car of the on-time return, I had to dispute the charge with American Express and my insurance company to eventually win my case. My suggestion to those of you wanting to have repairs done at Autonation Collision Center, Clearwater is to definitely have the work done by them. Their team is phenomenal, especially Sandy and Charlie. If you need a rental car, I would NOT recommend Enterprise Rent a Car. as they improperly tried to overbill me and my insurance company.

Had the worse experience at this location I have ever had after having a wonderful experience when I took my other Lexus to this location years ago. This time I took my Lexus is 300 f sport to them after scuffing L front corner of my bumper. During the estimate I stated to them I wanted the whole bumper removed and repainted quote was around a thousand no big deal and I was told it take 2-3 days. I purchased a rental9/26that time frame and thought it was odd a day and half later they were done, pick car up bring it home and start noticing things right away. I am not even sure what they did but you could see where they painted over paint chips and the paint sunk and I had what appeared a wet mark like someone rubbed a towel against it.
