AutoNation Collision Center Hilton Head

Auto Nation repaired a tree/car issue. The tree just moved into my path. Auto Nation did an excellent job dealing with my insurance adjuster and the additional issues they found. They did all the dealings and kept me informed of the progress. I am truly happy with the repairs and the courtesy the entire staff showed me. I highly recommend them to do any car repairs. Whether big or small .

I had the most wonderful experience with AutoNation collision. The staff there is exceptional constantly getting in touch with me letting me know what’s going on in my car. Everything was on time no stress. It was wonderful. My car looked brand new when it was done. They did an amazing job would highly recommend them. 👍😊

2nd time I've used AutoNation for Body work. Their team is great and worked with me to get my truck repaired while I was out of town. They delivered. Jim Nicholson, the GM there is a great guy and pleasure to work with!

Center originally did great work but after closer inspection at home failed to fix parts under the hood which were classified by the tech as prior damage, original estimate showed parts needed replaced and had pictures to reference. Auto was sent home as if it was completely so if I would not have caught I could have driven a car with a air intake that was zip tied and ducted taped and unit was only providing 50% air into the air cleaner so this could have damaged my vehicle. Contacted progressive and they had shop correct but it took another week and my time to get this corrected. Progressive was no help in getting my deductible back and the shop mgr has never contacted me to apologize or offer anything. Hopefully this shop loses preferred status with progressive.
