AutoNation Ford Burleson Parts Center

I took my car in to get a new tire. Parts department could not or would not work toward securing the needed parts. 4 days later a salesman discovered the tire was at a different location and had to pick it up himself because no one else could figure out how to transfer the part in 4 days time. Lack of proper management.

The work they do seems to be top notch. I have taken my 2003 F-150 there for years. But, for all those years I have the same issue : when I arrive at the service center I have to go find someone to assist me even when I have an appointment. I am not sure why they can’t see a truck in the service lane and atop what they are doing to check me in or get my info. The 4 rating is for the work, but the welcome service needs some work.

Just left with a Ford Explorer for my father in law and very very pleased! Not only pleased with the vehicle and added work put in to make the vehicle perfect, but with the top notch service we received. If you go here ask for Michael Barrel! An honest and true to his word man! Thanks Michael!

Unlike the service center of this place, the parts department is very easy to work with and has great customer service.
