I knew what I was looking for, and he had everything pulled up and ready for me when I arrived. He was quick, efficient with estimates, and made the entire process go very smoothly. I took my father here to buy his 1st brand new vehicle, upon his retirement. We were helped by Efi, who is hands down amazing to deal with and interact with throughout the entire visit. He gave my dad his space but was immediately available when we needed him and were ready for further help. My dad bought a 2026 Frontier and was super excited to have had such a smooth and amazing experience with Efi who was not only great at selling cars, his knowledge of the cars, and his communication, but also had so much compassion for my father, who shared his cancer journey with him. Stopped in for a post purchase inspection. Very thorough at check-in. I do wish they greeted us at our cars like I’m used to at Toyota. I wasn’t sure at first if I was supposed to wait in my car or not. After a moment I got out and went to their desk to check in. Also I do wish the car wash was up and running. Great service though! Knowledgeable staff. Car wash finished before I expected! Will return! Appreciated the free water and keurig as well!
