This place is scam. I went in on 02/01/2025 to look at a 2018 Range Rover Velar which looked great on their website, and was listed as $16796. I drove an hour and a half from NYC and sat down with Cristian Martinez who is the type of salesperson to butter you up and make you feel like you're buddies. Terrible experience. They didn't tell me that paying cash would cost $2000 more than financing until I had arrived to look at the car. They forced in many extra fees and repeatedly tried to trick us into paying more. The car was due for an oil change and one tire was flat which they said they would fix but when I got the keys the issues were still there. The salesman was so incompetent that he couldn't figure out the tire pump and we had to go to a gas station to do it ourselves. After all of that it took over 7 months to get the Plates and title for the car. They stopped answering phone calls from my number after a while and I had to use another phone to talk to them. They shouldn't even be allowed to sell cars

Brought a E300 today from these guys and the service was excellent the whole process was under an hour I’m looking forward to getting another car from them in a week also
