Autosaver Body Shop & Accessory Center

Kudos to Autosaver Autobody in St. Johnsbury, VT. John Jefferson, Jessica and all the hard working individuals out back for a job well done on my 2022 GMC Acadia. John and his team not only fixed my car to factory condition, but detailed it. To be honest, as a mom of two and a full time student. I was a bit embarrassed to drop it off in the Condition it was in. Involved in a hit and run situation, I was unsure how everything would come together with insurance and arrangements for repair/rental. The Autosaver team answered all my questions I had and put my worries at ease. Thank you all for the excellent service and going above and beyond to fix my car in a timely manner! I had to have the rear bumper of my car replaced. My appointment was timely, with my insurance a rental car was arranged to pick up and drop off there, they finished the job early and even detailed the car! The bumper looks great and I am more than pleased with the work and the service.

I brought my car in there to have it repaired from a wildlife collision. It took almost 3 months to get my car in. When they called and said my vehicle was ready to be picked up I noticed a large gap in the hood that wasn’t properly fixed. They said it wasn’t part of the accident which they maybe right it probably was part of an accident that I had them fix prior that they didn’t fix correctly from hitting a snow bank. Most recently I hadn’t been driving my car since I picked it up because I have Jeep I prefer to drive in the summer, I noticed my directional is extremely lose the told me they never went into my steering. My question is okay why is this lose now all of a sudden it wasn’t prior to dropping it off!!! Now, I have discovered that my steering wheel no longer locks in off mode. S

My car was finished almost a week ahead of time and she looks amazing. Brand new like woo, woo, woo. The staff could have been friendlier, they were very cold and distant. But phenomenal fast service with no difficulties, or complications, which is amazing, being new to owning a car and driving.

Spring of 2019, they replaced two damaged driver side doors with brand new doors, on my 2014 Subaru Forester that were covered by my insurance. When doing this they had to take the hardware off the old door and install it in the new door. Interior hardware was fine. Exterior was not fine. They reused single use pins that held on the door seals. All my door seals were falling off all summer. I went to the dealer to get it repaired properly. They were either too lazy or incompetent to do the job right.
