Quality Mitsubishi Parts & Service Center

This was my first time bringing my car to Quality Mitsubishi for service and I was very happy with the experience. My vehicle had a check engine light on (which turned off a couple days before my appointment), and the car was rattling on the highway. The garage was honest and quick. It turns out the rattling was due to snow buildup around the tires. And they performed a software update for the car. I’ll definitely be bringing my Mitsubishi back to them for services in the future.

Always a positive experience with Nick and his crew at Quality Mitsubishi! This was a routine service visit, accomplished quickly and without issue. Experienced, well trained technicians do a great job. Take your vehicle here with confidence that service or repairs will be done right.

Friendly staff and a very clean, comfortable waiting area! They even had a few seats outside which gave me and my kids some fresh air while we waited for my service appt to be completed. There are closer partnered dealerships to my home, but I definitely prefer coming out to Quality Mitsubishi because I know I’m going to have a stress-free experience.

Scheduled an oil change and tire changeover. Requested the tires be marked and bagged when removed. When I got the car back, none of the tires were in bags and they were not marked. I then noticed that the oil sticker and gauge in the car was not updated and reset and all the tires had different air pressures. I called to inquire and found out that the oil change was never done so I had to bring it back a second time. Not pleased at all.

They were waiting for me when I arrived, took my vehicle in immediately and did the inspection, performed the software recall I had as well. And the bonus for me was I had a slight brake squeak when turning fully left or backing up and turning fully right. Wasn't a huge thing, but he seemed to know right away what it was just by my explanation and thought I would have to pay for the fix on that. Fortunately nick amd the service team was able to change out the part making the squeaking noise and replace it with a new heavy duty part which should alleviate the problem. Service was just over an hour total to do all the above work. Vast improvements over the last time I was in and had service done there. Great job!!
