I decided to finance my Jeep Compass from Auto Team April 2020 and it was the best decision I’ve made! I’ve known Benno and his team for years because my mom leases her cars from them. They have been nothing but kind and helpful! Benno and his team have taken such great care of me and my car. They are very quick to respond to emails and calls, as well as go above and beyond with customer service. They are so friendly and I love feeling comfortable whenever I stop by or speak to someone on the phone. I recommend Auto Team for all of your car buying or car rental needs. Won’t go anywhere else!

I had a recall on my car which made me unable to drive it. The Dealership didn’t have a loaner so they referred Auto Team. I had to rent from them twice, since the first time I took to dealership the issue was not showing on the tests. AutoTeam was proactive and without excitation took the rental car back. Since it was before the timing we had put for the return, I needed a refund. I didn’t check at the time, so I didn’t receive the refund at that time. Understandable, because if you go there you see how busy they are. Once I noticed I didn’t get the refund, I reached out to them and they resolved the issue right away. Excellent experience with this car rental company. I have used their services on two occasions: one for a short trip and another for a car lease. The service has been consistently excellent, especially thanks to Tamaris, who stood out for her kindness and efficiency. The cars were in optimal condition, and they were very fuel-efficient.
