Dave, Eddie and the team at Autotrend were great to work with! They got my Toyota 4Runner in quickly and assessed what I needed. I loved how their quote gave me the pricing information as well as pictures of my car (shocks, brakes) to show the condition. They are extremely trustworthy and as a woman I appreciate that. They are also very reasonably priced. I will be taking my car in to Autotrend for all my future service needs: oil changes, brakes, shocks, struts. You name it! Eddie and his team took good care of my car. They are communicative every step of the way and I like that they send pictures of the issue and details of what they suggest should be done. I took my SUV in with mysterious electrical issues (that others could not fix) and flat tires. Eddie took fabulous care of the issues and scaled back recommended services when I let him know it was my intent to sell the car. I now have an accurate list of what the car needs for the next owner. Plus I know where I can go to get great honest service for my other vehicles!! What a find!!

Excellent customer service & repair on my 2005 Infinity FX35. I could not have felt more comfortable & confident in their ability to work on my car. I was told by last mechanic can't get parts sell it! Eddie & Dave not only reassured me not the case, they located all the part necessary. Waiting for one more part to ship from back east, but I am in love with my car & now Eddie & Dave. Highly recommend this shop! My car runs like new she's brand new!

If you want your car to drop into a hole of zero communication or action this is your place. Several years went by with nothing happening. Every time I called I got the same variation of waiting on parts/technician is out etc. I went in with an estimate of under a thousand dollars and came out $65,000 lighter in my pocket. The car still does not drive and had to be towed out to go to a competent repair shop. This is not an average car, it is a modified 1971 Cadillac. If you look on their website photos you can see my red caddy on a lift in the same position for years. Do not ever take a car here. These photos are from previous shops
