I went in for an oil change on my Audi A6, and Autowerks did an excellent job. They performed a thorough inspection and clearly pointed out items that may need attention in the future, without any pressure. I really appreciated their transparency and honesty. The owner was courteous and professional, and the overall service experience was excellent. I would definitely recommend Autowerks to anyone looking for a reliable European auto shop.

Autowerks had to check concerns about an oil leak on my 2017 Touareg and they got me in quick, were prompt and communicative and helped me plan next steps for steam cleaning & preventative care in the future. With my car at the age it is, it's probably time to switch from the dealership and Autowerks gave me the confidence that I can bring it back to them for more reasonable pricing and excellent service.
