I recently had some cosmetic repair work done on my Tesla. I initially went to another collision center, but they recommended B&S since they are Tesla-certified. From the moment I arrived, I had a great experience. I was greeted by Kaleb, who was very knowledgeable and took the time to really listen to what I was looking for. He clearly explained what needed to be done and offer the best recommendation to support me. What truly impressed me was the quality of the work and the time they took to repair. The repairs were done exceptionally well, and my car looks great. I hope I never need collision repairs again, but if I do, B&S will be my first choice. Highly recommend them.

Outstanding Repair Work on my 2021 Tesla Model 3 at B & S Hacienda My Tesla Model 3 suffered a severe flat tire on the rear driver-side—the tire completely disintegrated, shredding chunks that damaged the back fender, and lower body panels. The left rear wheel itself was damaged, so a simple tire replacement was not possible. I brought it in under an insurance claim, and B & S Hacienda delivered exceptional results! Coop, Tony, Harry, & the rest of the guys at B&S Hacienda UTO Body in San Ramon are absolutely amazing to work with. They made the whole process of repairing my vehicle and working with Tesla Insurance for the repairs quite seamless. I thank the guys for offering me rides to the rental car company and returning my vehicle looking brand new and spotless. Besides all that, the guys were so nice to me and joked with me in the office and we all had a good laugh. I left so happy. The guys are probably this awesome all the time with everyone. I found myself in an unfortunate position of being involved in two incidents simultaneously needing repairs which required my car to be in the shop for an extended period of time while both repairs were being handled by separate insurance companies. My insurance company turned out to be very difficult to work with and everyone at the shop did their best to assist me in moving things along. Can’t ask for better service from the staff. Overall, my car looks stellar, but likely because of the extended time it had to be stored, there may have been some tree sap that deposited on the hood. Although I can’t say for sure, it looks like the Shop may have tried to buff it out, and I do have some issues with the clearcoat now. The shop totally exceeded my expectations. My car was very special to me as it was the last car my wife drove before she passed away. You can imagine how distraught I was when it got damaged in an accident. My advisor, Coop went above and beyond to listen to my story and ensure my car was fixed and looked good as new!
