European Autotech

It's pretty rare that I post a review because im not easily impressed, however, I took my mother in laws older Lexus in to these guys. They were friendly and quick to check it out. Called me that day and went over what they found. I was quoted a fair, reasonable price and they didn't give me the run around trying to gouge me for unnecessary repairs. Car was fixed the following day at the price they quoted. I would absolutely recommend using them for your auto repairs.

I'm not one to post a negative review on every bad experience but I have to say I'm really disappointed with European Autotech. I am a German car enthusiast and have brought several of my cars here over the years. I have had frustrations with European Autotech service on other cars I've taken to them over the years but my issue with here is related to a coolant leak on my Range Rover. This started back in Dec 2021. Upon their diagnosis, I needed to replace a the radiator, thermostat and water pump. This cost me about $2,200. Fast forward 5 months later I brought the car back because I was still having to fill my coolant back up every few weeks. After another diagnosis I was told I needed a new coolant expansion tank. Fantastic shop. I'm new to the area and was looking for a European specialist shop and I'm so glad I found European Autotech! I had them do a Haldex service on my 2015 Audi S5 and not only was the service done quickly, I had pictures and communication along the way. Their inspection service was also greatly appreciated. I think I found my "home" shop for all my Euro needs. I can tell they treat cars with respect! I have a G80 M3 as well and will be taking that car there too!

Dave made the whole process of getting my car fixed easy! He was great at communicating with me at every step of the way. My Mercedes drives super smooth and the noise it was making before I brought it to European auto tech is gone. They are trust worthy and even worked with my warranty company. Great from start to finish. Just purchased the car and took it back to these guys because that’s who looked after it before I took ownership. They were familiar with the car and I felt very comfortable leaving it with them. Nathan was great and attentive and took good care of my car while it was with them. Very pleased and would absolutely take it back there again.
