AutoWerks crew very attentive to my sudden breakdown situation. Got me in line and did full inspection and fixed the issue then and there. Gave me a thorough checklist of what was fine and what needed attention. They handled my Prius great and clearly know their business.

Took my BMW in for repairs and service on a Tuesday. They found a problem with a wheel speed sensor which they did not have in stock and had to order one. Got the car back on Thursday repaired and serviced and running great. The service reps were very good about keeping me informed and explaining the work done at the end of the service. The bill was reasonable. Very happy with their service.

Always have amazing customer service with a smile. Last year we were trying to get to leave for vacation and our truck ended up with an issue. This team had our truck in and out just in time for us to leave on time. Same thing happened this year but with our other car.

I have been going to auto works for years and they are the only shop I go to. Everyone there is super friendly. I can typically get my truck into the shop within a few days after making an appointment while many other places can be booked for over a month out. I’ve had work done on multiple different vehicles and never have had a problem. Highly recommend!
