First experience with Pats Auto, they did what they could to help our friend from Tuscon Arizona. They went beyond the standard to help her with her car. Secondly, in October 2024 we completed a major road trip 8700 miles coast to coast. Prior to our trip, Pats serviced our transmission as well as a thorough inspection of our van, giving us a peace of mind that our van would provide us a safe trip with no mechanical issues. Most recently we hit 100k , Plugs, changed, breaks flushed out, valve cover gasket replaced, rear seal replaced. Typing this review camping, 3 days after we picked up our 2013 Ford Transit Connect Camper Van. Van running great , engine running smoother, big difference power, acceleration. To have an auto shop that you can count on, priceless!

This was my second visit and I’m so happy with their service expertise & fair prices. Love their customer service. Me and my car were well cared for. Big kudos to Dave & Crystal & their team, with special nod to Eric too. Got a great deal on new tires too!

I’ve been looking for a good shop since Marv retired, most importantly is I trusted Marv. Been to a few local P T shops. Now that I’ve been to Pats I’m not looking. II have only been twice so far but they were great at meeting my schedule, my van was ready when they said it would be. They also did some diagnostic evaluations without trying to pressure me into having the work done immediately. I gave an older vehicle that I want to keep on the road. I think they’re going to be a big help.

I had a great experience with Pat’s Auto Care! Everyone was friendly and professional. They took the time to explain everything clearly and provided a detailed estimate before starting my brake repair. I really appreciated their honesty, especially letting me know which parts didn’t need to be replaced yet. It’s refreshing to find a shop that’s both trustworthy and thorough. I’m very happy with their service and will definitely be returning in the future!
