My car sat in their repair lot for 5 days, just needed a simple gravel guard replaced. When I came to pickup the car, over 120 miles had been driven and 1/2 tank of gas. New scratches on car that weren’t there before. Eric the owner got very aggressive and threatened me when I challenged him about the miles and low gas. I had to call police to get away from him safely and take my car to another mechanic.

This Eric guy is a total scam! He was completely disrespectful toward women, asking why I even ask questions about my own car 😂. He called the $300 they charged me a “headache”! And guess what? Just one day later, my check engine light is on again!

Love, love, love, Eric's work. His work speaks volumes. He's very empathetic, efficient & kindhearted. The best Auto Mechanic I've ever come into contact with, living in Savannah. He ordered, then replaced my passenger side mirror in less than an hour. He also replaced my brakes/rotors, and my air filters. He's Simply the Best.

To keep a long story short, we were on a road trip. Our car started shutting down. After multiple stops at repair shops and auto part stores, we finally diagnosed it as the alternator. We were on a time crunch. It's mid-day on Saturday. Autoworks was our savior. They answered the phone, without pause said they'd start working on the car immediately upon our arrival, and they did. Within an hour, the car was running again. Every one of the gentlemen we interacted with was kind, polite, and helpful. They saved our vacation. I highly recommend them and thank them profusely for helping us get to our destination.
