Pros Touch Collision

I was rear ended and went to Pro’s Touch based on reviews. I was not disappointed! There was a little glitch and when I brought my vehicle back it was addressed immediately and to my great satisfaction. They even took care of a little booboo that I caused, complimentary, and I believe it was out of sheer kindness and great customer service because of the little oversight with the first repair. I highly recommend them! Ruben was great to work with.

I've known & used Robert for over 25 years and have always been very satisfied with his work. last spiring I decided to have the front end of my Nissan repainted and went to PT. Rueben quoted a fair price and proceeded with the work. When I picked up my truck I was informed that while removing the front fender skirts the attachment points had been destroyed on both skirts & they were ruined (I was told by Reuban this is not uncommon due to sun damage). Reuban apologized, but was very clear this was my problem to deal with, even though his people broke the parts and neglected to inform me of this possible added cost in my quote. I wasn't too upset until I heard the price, almost $900 for the 2 skirts, plus installation. I feel since I was not told of this possibility I have very limited lia

Ruben, Renee, and Robert are the best in the business. These guys are always there to take care of me with anything I need regarding paint and body work. Took my truck in for them to repair after an accident, and I was absolutely blown away when I went to pick it up. They definitely went above and beyond painting the entire side of my truck and my front bumper. The cherry on top was they did a full interior detail for me as well. Highly recommend Pros Touch Collision!

Recently had my 2017 VW Jetta in for the second time for a rear bumper replacement due to getting hit by a concrete truck (first time I was in was because I nearly totaled my car by hitting a coyote). Pros Touch did a great job on my car both times. They stayed past closing to get me my car when I needed it too. I appreciate your service, thank you. Hopefully I won’t have to have my car repaired again, but if I do I know where I’m going.
