The guys in there were super helpful! It is FREEZING outside and they still took the time to come out and help me! They were super patient and respectful. Awesome guys. I was in there today Sunday December 14. At about 1pm. So the guys working that shift.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff.. Seem to take pride in getting thier customers jobs completed and informed as accurately as possible the 1st time, whether the conversation is on the phone, in-person or internet order.

Very helpful staff. Most recent visit, they helped switch out headlights as they were set to close during a snowstorm allowing for safe travel and prevented me from getting pulled over as a result of their help. Can't praise the staff enough.

Amazing, the guest service was incredible! I’m from out of town and had a headlight out on a foggy morning on Christmas Eve day. The Auto Zone employee replaced my lightbulb in the cold and wouldn’t take a tip. So glad I stopped in. Thank you!!🎄

Auto Zone, where do I even begin? This place is an absolute nightmare. From the moment you step foot inside, you're greeted with an overwhelming sense of disorganization and chaos. The staff seem like they've never even heard of customer service, let alone practiced it. Good luck trying to find someone who actually knows what they're talking about; you're more likely to get a blank stare or a shrug than any helpful advice. And don't even get me started on the quality of their products. It's like they stock their shelves with the cheapest junk they can find and then slap an outrageous price tag on it.
