I dropped my car off before dawn, took the bus to work, and had to nudge them towards the end of my shift to see if they did anything with my vehicle. When I finally did get in contact with the service advisor, we discussed the needed repairs, and I discussed them with my wife and we decided on what to get done. We decided on a serpentine belt replacement, and I saw the cost and everything, and asked the service advisor if it would just cost the price quoted for the repair plus tax, and he said yes. We'll, over an hour later since I had gotten there to pick up my vehicle, I was slapped with a bill higher in quoted cost by $200 to account for diagnosing the problem. I would have no problem with that if I were told about it when I asked what the cost would be, or if it were in writing somewh

Sharing this post for my brother in law. 2007 Honda CRV in for an annual state inspection. Tech said the car needed whole exhaust system for $5800. Declined the service. Took the car to Monro Auto Service in Willow Grove. Tech said bad gasket $285 to fix. Wow! Disappointed with Fred Beans tech

A pretty good experience trading my Honda Accord for a Honda Civic 2026 Jeff really wanted me to help me out with the car I was looking for and I got it.

I went to Honda on Friday, June 30th to get an oil change and tire rotation. The communication was great and everything was done in a timely manner. However, after a few days I realized that the technician failed to manually set the maintenance levels on the car, and did not update the oil change sticker. I would consider this to be halfway job in my opinion.
