I had a great experience at this AutoZone on Richmond St. I was in recently for a 2013 Hyundai Elantra, getting front and rear calipers plus a set of rear shocks. The team—and specifically the manager, Stephanie—was incredibly helpful. Even though they had to order the shocks in, the process was seamless and they kept me updated. They made sure I had the exact antifreeze, brake fluid, and cleaner I needed to get the job done right. What really stood out was the service on my core returns; I was several months late bringing them back, but they handled the refund no questions asked. Professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. Stephanie and her crew are doing a great job!

The young female employee that helped me on 12/6 around 9:30 AM at the Richmond St. location was absolutely amazing. She changed out our battery, did an alternator and system check and told us exactly what was wrong. I was impressed with her customer service, knowledge and friendliness. I don’t know how I could have did this without Jared. My husband is handcap and I don’t know anything about in staling a new battery. I can’t even explain how happy I am with the service that we received from AutoZone and Jared. Installing a new battery.

I lost power in my 03 Chevy 2500. Got it restarted and drove the 3 block over to AutoZone. I pulled the alternator and they tested that for me. Then they tested both batteries. Everything was good, and I wasn’t sure where to check next. Mark came out and helped me for nearly half an hour trace wires and test different possibilities. We needed up finding the issue, a bad connection, and got the 10 dollar part to fix it. The team over here was great, super helpful. A special thanks to Mark for his help, had me back on the road quickly, cheaply and the problem hasn’t happened since.

My driver's side headlight went out and I came in to get a new one. Mark helped me replace it with ease! Definitely recommend coming here if you're one of the less knowledgeable people like I am. The staff are friendly and helpful!
