I can't come back after we were strung along with repairs. A first oil leak was happening before a major break repair was done, but never mentioned. They later fixed the first oil leak, and it was still leaking oil. If I had known all of this to begin with, I never would've put $2800 into an older car. Plus another 400 for another oil leak fix. It was a great bunch of years, and I have nothing bad to say about the front desk. Josh and Aaron have been fantastic to work with, and there's a reason Josh won an award for car salesperson, because any conversations I've overheard were 100 percent honest and working to help the customer.

The employees were super helpful and responsive. I had a lot of questions about my repair and they were great about giving me all the info without pressuring me to make one decision or another. When a related secondary issue cropped up a couple of weeks later, they fixed the problem for me on the house. I would definitely recommend Pete's auto and would bring my vehicle there again.

I’m not sure if I’ll come back. They were closed on Friday so I had to go to another shop to get an oil change and they told me they overfilled my oil by almost double. I called them Friday and left a voicemail and they called me back and said they were sorry but they don’t know how that happened and they always check it after. Pretty much blamed me when my last oil change was two months ago. They didn’t seem to care and was rude on the phone. All my coworkers love this place but I was not impressed by their customer service. Plus they could have ruined my engine.

A family member had some work done on a his vehicle recently. I drove the car home and it literally purred down the highway...Satisfied! The car is an import, 2005 model with less than 170K miles on the original engine. There was a leak in the gas line and something was loose under the carriage. I am not a mechanic and some things I have no idea about. All I know is that it was money well spent! Next time I am in the market for a newer car, I will definitely be back for a test drive. There was a white sporty model that caught my eye!! Thanks Pete Auto and keep up the great work!

Very fair prices, excellent work and they just made me feel comfortable as I rarely have shops work on my vehicles. There are 3 places I go to for my vehicles. It was 2 and Pete’s made it 3. Thanks again! Tammy appreciates it!
