The rugs are nice and clean and the store is stocked up. I went in and was spoken to with such respect. The manager is really cute and I love his personality. He always knows the deals and doesn’t let me leave without getting my moneys worth! Every single time I visit this store I end up, leaving laughing and thoroughly enjoy my visits. I went into this auto zone yesterday January 1, 2026. No one greeted me, I got what I needed and stood in line for a few minutes. Finally some guy in a grey shirt ask if I was paying in cash or card. I said card, he walk over to the self checkout (which i didnt know was there) he said here you go and walked away. He seemed really grumpy. I hadn't been in this auto zone in a while and felt super unwelcome.

Went in for some new wiper blades and unfortunately my car was a little too specific for their wiper selection but I worked with Stephanie and Michael for a little bit to see if we could make something work and they were both just so incredibly helpful and so polite honestly just amazing customer service super pleased with my experience!! Thank you!!
