I was just at Walmart around the corner and had a horrible experience with their automotive team so I went to my trusted auto zone and boom, Billy was on it with helping with my battery situation and Evette tested everything out and was very polite. A + team and store. Highly recommended

I just bought wiper blades for my 2013 BMW at this store and Billy Wood helped me replaced the old ones. He is amazing and a very nice person! I am very satisfied! 10 stars for him and I highly recommend this AutoZone Old River Rd!

I went to buy some oil for my oil change. Billy was the man who helped me out, not only did he answer all of my questions and install my windshield wipers he switched out my license plate frame since I didnt have the right screw driver and home and he put my tags on the car he even scored them for me so it isn't stolen. This is my first car so it was a huge help and very appreciated. I offered him a tip and he didnt accept it, he just helped because he wanted to. Thank you billy!

Recently had battery issues with a Subaru Outback . The Awesome and efficient auto zone of Gustavo, Austin and Evette were extremely knowledgeable, helpful and accommodating with fitting a very specialized battery with a unique terminal post system while operating with a car hood that did not want to stay up. They worked thru a problem and had a can do attitude which I truly appreciate. Thank you Auto Zone. Thank you Gustavo, Austin and Evette. I highly recommend this location for great customer service and a clean well stocked auto parts store. Well done Auto zone!!!👍😀🇺🇸

Had my wiper blades replaced and the customer service was excellent. Billy was friendly, helpful, and got it done quickly. The new blades work great—smooth and streak-free. Really appreciated the great service!
