We had a very good experience at the Baldwin location. Wilmer was very kind, professional, and helpful. He took the time to help us choose the correct battery and also helped us install it. He answered all of our questions and made sure everything was working properly. We will definitely come back. Excellent service!

I had to get new rotors and brake pads for my car. They were able to quickly locate the ones I needed. The worker that helped me was amazing and very helpful. They had an amazing deal going so that gave me a good discount. This is a good AutoZone store for sure!

I stopped by AutoZone for a new battery and Wilton took care of me from start to finish. He tested my battery, walked me through the options, and swapped it out for me right on the spot. Super professional, patient, and knew exactly what he was doing. You can tell he takes pride in his work. Fast service, no stress, and my car was good to go in minutes. Appreciate you Wilton. I had a great shopping experience in this store. The store was well stocked. I got exactly what I needed and was in-and-out in less than 10 minutes I highly recommend. GREGORY was very helpful as well!!

Beware of their recent Duracell battery stock at the Baldwin branch. I got two batteries there since Dec 2025, and they gave me two faulty batteries. I ended up getting the battery replaced from my mechanic. When I tried to return the second faulty battery, the store manager said he had to test the battery first. He got a “good battery” result with 100% charged. I then looked up on Google. It says that it will need at least 4 hours of driving to charge it up to 100%. And I only drove about an hour with that battery after I jumped it in the morning. Eventually, he refunded my money because one of his staff tested “bad battery” a few hours earlier. I was totally disappointed for the money and time that were wasted.
