Was in Bangor running errands when several brake related lights came on in my mother’s car. This is obviously very concerning with an around 40 mile trip back home. Luckily Stillwater Avenue AutoZone was nearby as soon as we walked in Jakob was quick to greet us and asked us what we were looking for. We told him we were looking for brake fluid, but we didn’t really know if we needed it or what the issue was. He quickly offered to use the fix finder tool to help identify the issue and had no hesitation coming out in the rain to read the car. Jaeden offered to join us all outside to do the reading. I had the best customer service from Maxwell Straub he installed my new battery. He showed me every step of the way. Very professional! While at the Bangor Auto zone Zander Dana noticed that my car tire was low and he checked on how much air it required and filled my tire up. I so very thankful for great customer service from both young men. I would recommend the store and if you need help these young men are great.
