AutoZone Auto Parts

I’ve been buying parts through the same commercial account for years. Went to Bartlesville Autozone to buy some urgently needed parts and one of the newer guys who I say hello to every time I’m in there refused to let me buy parts through said commercial account because “he didn’t know me” AFTER I gave him my commercial PIN number and the name on the account. It was later in the afternoon and supposedly the usual commercial guys were out on deliveries. I went to the Dewey O’Reillys for the first time and they gave me no issues through my commercial account that was opened at their store in Independence, Kansas a few years ago.

Unlike the other parts stores in town Autozone employs older guys and gearheads who know what job you're about to tackle. Friendly and Helpful.

Had to swap out a battery for the first time, but Chris was so helpful and friendly that I didn't even get the time to feel too anxious about the situation! He sold one and replaced it for me in under 15 minutes and even kept up friendly conversation. 3 month warranty promised and everything <3 Very in and out and much cheaper than I thought it would be. Thanks Chris!

I want to send a personal review of an employee in the Bartlesville location. The employee's name was Colby. He exemplified what true customer services is all about with his attention to detail and desire to assist. I very much appreciate everything he assisted with yesterday!

Purchased a new truck battery last year. It went completely dead. The guys at auto zone took care of my bad battery with a new one and check out my truck with their tester. They're great to us. Sondra and Bill. Bartlesville Oklahoma
