I want to let your company know that y’all have a wonderful worker. I come into your store and needed a battery installed. Mary installed my battery for me but before she installed it she got me a chair to sit down in while she took care of the install. Service with a smile. Will come back for all my automotive needs and tell all my friends.

Came in for a wiper blade for my daughter’s car this morning. Mary was extremely helpful and explained almost each type to me. Even offered to put them on before we finished checking out! She knew what she was talking about and snapped the wiper on in seconds. Highly recommend not only Autozone, but Mary herself!

I would like to give your crew a big shout out. I just recently had shoulder surgery and I needed some wipers for my truck. It was raining when I arrived at your Bastrop location. I didn’t want to ask them if they could install my wipers in the rain but I still was going to ask. The young man helped me get the correct wipers for my truck and even offered to install them WITHOUT ME ASKING. It was a blessing and I most definitely will be back especially for the friendly service. Good clean store and good Team. Thank you again AutoZone

There were 3 people outside waiting to get into a store that opens at 9, at 9:15 employees just shrugged shoulders when they saw us at the door. If you don't open at 9 you need to change the hours posted online and on your door.

I was pleased with the service, I was able to get assistance with checking my vehicle and found out what I needed at a affordable price. The service was friendly and welcoming as we know these hot days can bring exhaustion and fatigue that can make us cranky, however there were no issues only help with a printout of my needed materials.
