Great quality and prices along with good customer service
I like that it is always clean. The employee didn't have much faith in the product i was buying when I asked him about the guarantee, written on the front of the bottle. He informed me dont even bother coming back there if i had a problem.
O'Reillys had the bearing kits I needed to rebuild my rear differentials inner and outer hub bearings on my duramax when the other two parts stores in town didn't. They also had the best price. One of the bearing kits I needed was out of stock at my location but I ordered it online before I went to bed and it arrived to my store at 10 the next morning. Great store, friendly people, great prices, and great quality!
Very good
The manager, James, has an INCREDIBLY horrible attitude and has poor customer service skills. He was very rude to me when I was attempting to make an exchange and walked away in the middle of our conversation as if he couldn’t be bothered. I will NEVER do business with this location again so long as he is employed there!
