Take 5 Oil Change

The gentlemen there are very polite, friendly, and informative. As soon as you pull up someone comes to greet you and ask what services you need as well as offer you beverages and ask are you sure/ok. Where else do you find just that courtesy alone at??? I Love It🥰 Oh and they literally check EVERYTHING not just jot it down on the paper and they inform you if you need anything other than what you think you're needing serviced. Oh and let's not forget the time frame....it doesn't take long at all and you sit in your vehicle while it's being serviced!!! I will be going back when it's time for my baby (vehicle) to be serviced again🥰🤗

Rashaad and Tyler are really nice people and they make sure that they check all your fluids. And this morning, I thought I needed an oil change and they assured me that I didn’t. They just wanted to top off the fluids. and gave me a new paper to show me what my mileage would be when I needed to have an oil change. That is good customer service you guys are awesome thank you so much.

I had an oil change a few days ago. I usually don't write reviews but I had a really bad experience. First, I waited over an hour to get in to get my oil change. There was only one gate open and the vehicle that was in there when I drove up was in there for a very long time. One customer left, then a van before me went in. He was not in there for very long. When I pulled in the person working there said that they where short handed and he almost closed the door on me because he had a court appt. he needed to get too. They started my oil change and then another co-worker showed up. I had downloaded a 25.00 off coupon and it would not scan. I was told if they do not scan they must not be good. I had just downloaded the coupon and it had a valid expiration date on it. They finally found some

Two very professional young guys took care of us. First time I’ve ever been able to stay in the vehicle while they changed the oil. It was done quickly and they were careful to call out every action as it was checked and double checked.

My first time getting an oil change at Take 5 and the wait was a little long but the service was superb. Mr.Tab was thorough and explained everything to us. He let me know that my air filter would need to be changed and also gave me a bottle of water.
