Connor was great help. My mom had car trouble and was honestly pretty stressed, because she was going to take a 20 hour trip! But he helped us and completely turned our day around. He was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind. He took the time to explain everything. It’s rare to find customer service like that these days. I’m so grateful for the help!

I had a great experience at my local AutoZone today. Connor, one of the parts experts, went above and beyond while helping replace our car battery. He took the extra time to clean corrosion off the battery terminal, which was much appreciated. The manager, Ms. Leaphiny, was also very helpful throughout the process. Thank you both!

Outstanding customer service! Today I went to AutoZone on Garth in Baytown to buy two golf cart batteries. Kelley, sales associate, told me they didn’t have any. She then spent several minutes searching the internet for someone who did. It’s a rare thing the have an associate be so helpful. Thank you Kelley for your assistance and a special thanks to AutoZone for hiring such an exceptional person!

What a great experience! Baytown suffered several days of hard freezes. I didn’t move my car for 3 days. When trying to go to work this morning at City Hall, my battery was completely dead. I am fairly new to Baytown and don’t have many friends to call for help. I called Autozone and spoke with Kelli. I informed her of my current situation and asked if they ever deliver. She said they only deliver for commercial customers. She also heard my situation and said in this instance she wants to help and she asked her commercial delivery person if he would make an exception in this case. Kelli and Obsaol made an exception for me. Obsaol delivered my battery this morning. I got it installed and I am heading back to work at City Hall! Thank you Kelli and Obsaol! Purchased a battery from them with a 5-year warranty. Start having issues within a year. Their tester claims that the battery passed. Manager of this facility refused to help honor the warranty and sent me to the dealership. I take the vehicle to the dealership and their electrical inspection indicates that the battery is weak. So now I am down double the cost.
