3.5 but I will round it up to 4. Service is friendly and Auto Zone has a lot to offer. This location often does not have what I need in stock and it would be nice if they invested in their business to have a pro at the desk in the evenings (something you will find at O'Reilly, Advance, Napa, et cetera). Auto Zone is #3 on our list overall but at the bottom in the expertise category. No disrespect intended, just constructive critique on training. CS is capable and friendly, but the difference vs competition in expertise and on-hand part supply is astonishing at times.

I usually have great customer experience here, however tonight was a different story. Lex was rude and got an attitude because i wanted to purchase new headlights and asked if anyone could help. She kept insisting that I didn’t need new lights.She got more mad when I told her I didn’t wanna leave my hood open out there alone. I’m sorry but I know my car and I know when something isn’t right. If i want to purchase new lights, let me purchase them without an attitude and rude customer service. She had the audacity to go back inside and make it well known to her coworker, acting like a high school bully.

I was at this location over the weekend and I can’t say enough about my experience with the employee named Shawn. He went above and beyond to help me when both of my headlights went out with an hour of each other. He also ran a diagnostic check because my check engine light was on (this happens on occasion). Turns out it was just a moisture leak from a broken gas cap. Shawn was knowledgeable and extremely pleasant. He explained the issue and promptly helped me on my way!!

over 10 years as auto zone customer, we all understand when its busy there but today was different story to order part first you need to know which car. year, brand, model he starts asking what you need before in rush way to go back to his phone and finish his text or whatever he was doing in his phone, which that telling me they not interested or no time for customers, I decide to leave this store and went to O Reilly auto parts cross the street and I order my part which it's not available at the moment and more expensive there, but it was okay since who is doing business there are professional

Hands Down the worst, most unprofessional, inexperienced Autozone Team I’ve ever dealt with in my life. Nobody knows where anything is at, and if they do find the “ location “ their counts are off. . Every time I go in the store I regret not making the extra 1 minute drive to O’Reiley. Everything is always “a week “ out or “ the end of the week “ They’re good for an “order to location“ That’s about it.. As a Commercial Customer of Autozone, usually I get a lot better of a store experience… But this store is a disgrace to the Autozone legacy.
