Had a great experience today at AutoZone. I was having trouble changing the windshield wiper on my Subaru, and one of the employees came out and swapped it for me for free. He was super quick, friendly, and made the whole thing easy. Really appreciate the help. Thank you!

Excellent customer service by Skylar (needs a raise) at Berrien Springs AutoZone. Came to AutoZone to help my father in-law change his battery, realized I brought an incomplete socket set and went into the store to see if they can lend the tools I needed. Instead Skylar came out with proper tool set and proceeded to change the battery for us. He was very knowledgeable and knew what he was doing. Thanks again!!’

I would recommend this autozone to anyone! Joe is one of the nicest and most helpful people I have ever met. He went above and beyond helping today when our alternator had died. If I ever need anything related to car parts in the future, I will 100% be back to this store. THANK YOU JOE!!

Joe is a honest to goodness hero! My daughter's Jeep had a dying battery and so we took our troubles to AutoZone in Berrien Springs Michigan. Joe looked up the battery in the stoore's computer system and gave a choice of a "good" battery or a "better" battery. We paid for the good battery and then Joe did the most amazing thing: he carried the battery out to the Jeep, removed the old battery, and installed the new one. He even smeared grease on the terminals to prevent corrosion. And he did it all while smiling and chatting. Incredible!!!

Awesome service provided. I needed my light bulb replaced and it was done quickly and efficiently despite the cold weather. Nice experience! Staff friendly and emphatic.
