Had few issues with car dropped off at 5 pm and had it fixed 2pm the next day definitely will be going back if anything else goes wrong

Went there to get an oil change and tires rotated. They were very rude. Seemed like the lead tech raised his voice at me. I was reslly confused waiting in line talking to another customer in the vehicle next to me. A tech came out and she said I can go but they cant rotate my tires for me. I pulled ahead to ask the Tech who was in the garage if I need to make an appointment to get the tires rotated, that is the only reason I went there is to get both done at the same time. I heard the lead tech tell the other tech in a nasty voice, 'I already told him we cant rotate his tires now'. I said I will go somewhere. I would have made an appointment to come back, but not if you are going to treat new customers in a rude manor.

This is my go to oil change place! When I worked from home and then worked part time it was so easy to go in the middle of the day. Now I struggle to find the time to get there during their hours, since I work full time. But I will still continue to go out of my way to frequent this place. The guys are friendly and don’t mind me chatting while I wait. They stay focused and do a great job and always make sure to ask if I want full synthetic, which I do. When my heat shield was loose and making a bunch of noise they didn’t make me feel bad for not knowing it was a simple fix. Even removed it for me and didn’t charge me extra. I do miss the guy that was always there when I came in the middle of the day, but unfortunately I’m terrible with names and don’t remember his. But all of the employees

Nate does great work and my husband and I spent a lot of time in his shop learning about our cars when we were in the area. He saved us in more than one pinch over several years. If you're an Andrews student (or just a local with a car) this is a great place to take a car for repairs. If Nate doesn't do a certain repair, he always knows someone who does and gives great recommendations. *For any ladies intimidated by car shops, this is definitely the place to take your car. There's also none of the a-guy-gets-one-price-and-a-lady-gets-another. I have always appreciated this, especially as one of the first mechanics I had to deal with as a college student. His daughter has worked in his shop and of you want to know something about your car, he'll tell you. He's not trying to pull a fast one

Wonderful repair shop! Honest, reliable, trustworthy mechanics with over 25+ years of experience. They use quality parts and not that cheap Autozone stuff. They treated me well, allowed me to see the work being done and I couldn't believe how cheap they were for the work they did! I was expecting to be overcharged and pay way more than what they asked for. They aren't out to get your money. They honestly just want to help you out! They wont sell you anything you don't need. I would HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone!
