He charged me $100 but my car getting worse.

When I asked Ric questions about the price for tire service, he replied with agitation in his tone as though I was asking a lot from him. His costumer service is terrible and he never takes accountability in his business. I suggest if you want quality service for your car, take it to another auto shop. It is a waste of time to deal with a man that does not like his job and does not treat his costumers with respect.

Ric was so helpful. He came out to tow my vehicle on Fathers Day. He helped me find a place that was equipped to service my vehicle. I was two hours away from home. He helped me find a place that I can wait at until I had someone to come get me. He drove me over and helped me with my bags. I am newly pregnant and he was able to ease my mind and the price was reasonable! Definitely recommend

Honest & thorough. Fair pricing. As a female we tend to get taken advantage of in the automotive industry. Ric is very helpful and informative. Nothing bad to say here. Thanks for helping me for the second time!
