Want to give a shoutout to Matthew (I believe his name was) he was working this evening on Christmas Eve. Matthew was exceptionally knowledgeable and professional and delivered top-notch customer service. He explained everything thoroughly, made sure I felt confident in my purchase, and went above and beyond to help. His patience and expertise truly stood out. I rolled in early this past weekend, and the place already had a line. I’d just gotten off a frustrating phone call where I’d been thoroughly mansplained to, so I’m sure my face said it all. I didn’t catch his name (he mentioned he was a staff lead), but he saw me, read the look, and gave me this quiet, kind “What’s up?” like he knew I was about to hit my limit. I asked if they had time if to test my battery for me- Even though it was busy and you could tell he’d already had a long morning, he jumped right in to help test my battery without hesitation. He was calm, patient, and didn’t talk down to me once, which unfortunately is rarer than it should be at auto shops. He even when into detail of what the stuff on the battery reader meant. Forever grateful for the immense support and incredible service experience of this AutoZone. I have never in my life left a review for a place, but my experience here left me no choice. I was having charging issues with my car that resulted in ruining a battery I had just purchased last summer. I was ready to check out with the new battery and my old battery on the counter when another employee there noticed the battery I was bringing in was from O'Reilly. He asked if it was still under warranty, I said I wasn't sure but that it didn't matter, I'll just get a new one. I was done fiddling around and just wanted to get the car running. He literally had to convince me to check and actually called O'Reilly himself to see if it was still under warranty, which ot was. He said "Go to O'Reilly and get your free battery, sir." lol I only give reviews when someone goes above and beyond and this young man did. Thank you!

UPDATE 11/28: I have been running around for four days now trying to figure out what is wrong with the parts AutoZone sold me. First: we bought four rotors from AutoZone and upon dropping them off with my mechanic, he realized that one was used (pic attached). Fine, we warranted that one out and got a new one. Then, when he got them put on, we realized one/some?? of them must be warped, because the car was pulsing/chugging when braking. Fine, we warranted out all four and got four new rotors. It's still chugging/pulsing after that. We've gone through 8 rotors from AutoZone. Now we are at Belle Tire and I am having rotors replaced for the fifth time, which is an even GREATER cost.
