Had a great experience at the AutoZone (store # 01168) in Bonney Lake today. They are extremely consistent every time I have visited over the past 5 years and this review is well overdue. The staff are extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and quick to offer assistance. They checked in on me throughout my visit, answered my questions, and even shared helpful tips to make installing my parts easier. Truly appreciate the excellent customer service! Came in looking for a particular tool and I had know idea where it was so I asked my grandson to ask for help. The girl at the counter with the very short hair responded when he showed her a picture of the tool on his phone … “well did you even look”!!!! I told her I asked him to ask for help since the whole isle was filled with tools and I thought you would know where it was. She went to show us and couldn’t find it either and had to ask someone else. The guy that knew where it was and was very nice. This girl needs a lesson on kindness and customer service.

I came in because my check engine light came on. Elizabeth helped me right away. She explained everything to me and gave me a detailed print out of everything that was going on with my car. She was so nice and knowledgeable. I will definitely be a returning customer.

Very nice and helpful. One guy didn't really listen to us but we're patient people. Otherwise good easy experience.

Awesome service and staff is very friendly and helpful. James H is my go to guy for all my parts. Bonney Lake AutoZone is the best!
