Scheduling can only be done online for future dates, they only will schedule in the shop for that day. As always, they were quick to get me in because I had an appointment. I highly recommend that or you'll be sitting there for a couple of hours at least. Of course, they asked about windshield wipers, but they didn't push their add-on sales too much. Because we bought the tires from them, the rotation and balance is always free which I greatly appreciate. They're always polite and as efficient as they can be.

In my opinion better than Costco tires. It’s a good deal. The free tire patch and free air is always handy as well. I got my tire patched there for FREE, after I had tires put on at Les Schwab. After those tires wore out I got my new set at discount. I’ll be a customer for life. Great group behind the counter and they always get me out the door relatively quickly. Great store.

From the moment i walked in Hector, or so it said on his uniform was courteous, knowledgeable, helpful and honest with me on what i needed and what to expect from discount tire as a whole. He alone was a pleasure to work with and i've been more than happy to refer him and discount tire to various friends and family to get their vehicles serviced at your bonney lake washington location. One key element to my satisfaction was the simple fact that they had an alignment machine there on site and i wasn't referred to an outside source which has been the case from another discount tire location in the area. I rate this visit; Experience 10/10 Honesty 10/10 Equipment on site 10/10 Price 9/10 (but tires are expensive period!), and in the end i even paid a little less than i was originally quote

These guys were so friendly from booking the appt to the actual tire install. I will go to them from now on for everything tire/wheel related. Special shoutout to the asst manager Sean McBroom who was so friendly and incredible to work with and he even got me a veteran discount after the quote. Went the extra mile and I appreciate it. The techs were super friendly too and did an amazing job.

Hello, I went in today around 1 PM to get one tire and an alignment done on my van. I believe the first guy I talked was Daniel. He checked out my car confirmed it was one tire and probably an alignment. I asked him at least two times if it was possible to get that done today, and he assured me that it would be. He let me know that they did not have the wheel that they needed, but it would be in before 5 o’clock today and that somebody would call me and let me know. He told me that as long as I got there before 5:50 PM there would be no problem with doing the alignment and replacing my Tire. He quoted me at $117 for a tire around $90 for the alignment . Around 5:05 P.m. I still had not heard anything so I called to ask if the tire had come in yet , and was told by summary on the phone tha
