Les Schwab Tire Center

I have always liked Les Schwab. I used to think they were too expensive, but what I realized is that I actually save money through the process because I dont have to worry about the job being done correctly and the reccomended fixes being the right fix. Worked with James and Scott today. James was very helpful. He asked a few quick questions about out SUV and how we used it primarily, gave us three options, then made a reccomendation on what would work best. They found other issues when changing the tires- those things happened to be in warranty with the dealer, so they reccomended against their own services because the dealer would be doing that along with their repair. I live south of the Fairfax Bridge and now need to commute on a 9 mile logging road filled with pot holes to get out of the Carbon Canyon. I've had 2 flat tires in the last 3 days. Whether I'm changing the tire myself and bringing in a flat for repair or driving into the parking lot with a flat, I am taken care of and never pressured to buy new tires. Les Schwab has the best Customer Service around. I won't buy tires anywhere.

I bought tires from this location 3 years ago and was very pleased with the service. The tires were rated for a few more thousand miles than I got but I do a lot of stop and go with a heavy foot as a maintenance handyman. I felt the recent quote was steering me in a direction I did not want to go if there was a better tire that was cheaper. Hopefully they have the Back Country AT2 and the Pinza AT when I arrive for my appt tomorrow. I appreciate the management team for engaging with me to address my concerns. Reminds me why I chose them 4 years ago as my tire center. Thank you for the response, see you tomorrow.

Excellent customer service! Explained to me in detail what was going on with my car and quoted the pricing to include best case scenario and worst case scenario. Total price ended up in the middle. Car is running great now. I would refer everyone to this Les Schwab location

Definitely live up their advertising. Two tires put on 20,000 miles ago look barely worn, so good expectations for my new tires.
