I’m out of town but my 🌈 blinker went out. I called they were nice. Asked if they would allow me to pay over phone , they were nice . Asked if they would set it up when she shows up , they were nice. Started having car issues stopped by and Kevin E. was phenomenal! He took the time to help us out and let us know what was going on! Amazing customer service, if you need help with diagnostics on your car stop by and let Kevin help you out!

Just got a new car battery and a pretty stressful situation was quickly turned into a great experience with the help of Kevin! Such a nice guy and treated me as if I were family!

Unhappy with my experience usually at this Autozone, they don’t seem very Knowledgeable when it comes to much, so be prepared to know your information prior. I’ve moved to the O’Reilly in burleson instead the employees there are always very helpful, and know what’s going on. Also this Autozone doesn’t offer the “lifetime guarantee” of their tools unless you keep the receipt somehow. Overall I’m just disappointed in general. It seems most the AUTOZONE’s in the area needs a revamp, or better management. I used to always come to the zone specifically, but with lack of knowledge, lack of care on the phone, and overall just customer disrespect, why would I keep coming here?

I came to pick up parts that I needed. The manager told me one was in stock and the other was at a different store. I told him i’ll just pick up the one in stock since I was short on time and he got upset. I ignored it and came back an hour later because the part he gave me was incorrect. It did not match the original part and i verified it by part number shown on the website too. He insisted he was right till he scrolled down his computer and found out I was correct. Overall my experience at auto stores has been good with the exception of this store. In both instances the manager that attended me did not handle it professionally with his attitude.
