Alex went above and beyond helping me and my family out. I was getting ready to travel back home and he did everything he could to make that happen as quickly as possible. Huge shout out to Alex.

don't go there unless you have time to kill, went there first customer that was being helped was still being helped when I left, waited in line almost 20 minutes and when I left the first customer and the employee were still looking at the computer. There were also 5 after him, all I needed was 1 quart of oil, and only 1 employee helping, AutoZone needs to have at least 2 employees helping each shift, and also the phone was ringing none stop, I know AutoZone gets busy but need more help, or a self check out for people that already know what they want, like I said all I wanted was 1 quart of oil and waited for 20 minutes and the line never moved it was still the same customer being helped for that whole time and all they did was look at the computer, employee or customer had no sense of urg

I'd like to thank Jared for assisting me in finding me a new battery. He went above and beyond to help me look for my battery and was very nice. Placed my battery in with care for my vehicle. If you come here speak with Jared man.

Went in and warranty was 2 days past, and Pablo the Store Manager took care of me, been coming here for years and this is the best I've seen this store and hos staff was polite and courteous, they definitely reflect his leadership. Will always be back because of this !!

As a senior lady who has never personally taken care of my vehicle, I went in yesterday and received assistance from Oliver at the Carlsbad New Mexico location. This young man was phenomenal. Sold me everything I ask for installed batteries wiper blades and my new headlights. He's a fantastic employee!
