Tyler R. showed us the actual batteries instead of choosing from the screen. Since we were installing it in the parking lot he waived the core charge so we didn't have to do an additional transaction. And he even carried the battery to the car for me! Icing on the cake: he came out to the parking lot to tell us he'd sold us a smaller battery accidentally then gave us the correct size at the same price! Above and beyond customer service, most appreciated!

Had issues with new battery dying. They replaced with a new battery, and tested to let me know I was also having an issue with my starter. Very helpful and quick!

Dont go here, I went here to get a battery replaced because my car battery was almost dead. I then buy the battery, Get told that my terminals are good and they’re in good condition and that I Can still use them and save them. Then when he goes to put the battery in my car, it doesn’t start and then I have to buy a brand new terminals, after he already took out the old ones and then realizes that he doesn’t have one of them in store. So that’s already $250 spent. Then I drive back to Reno and my car breaks on me. I have to get it towed to a mechanic shop all to realize that they put in the wrong battery and my terminals would’ve been fine if I had the right battery.
