Had to stop by for an emergency battery change. Dave helped me out, was incredibly knowledgeable, had a good talk while he swapped out the battery for me. Answered all my questions, taught me a little about how it works, and honestly better price than I was expecting. Great experience, I was in a rough spot and dreading having to go through the whole situation but it was quick, smooth and even informative. Thanks!

Needed a battery change and a worker named Kit helped me switch it out as well as running tests on the engine and alternator to ensure everything else was running properly. He didn’t need to do as much as he did, but he helped us anyways. Above and beyond service!

I stopped in to Auto Zone for new windshield wipers. I'm new at this car maintenance thing and had no idea what I was doing. Gratefully Tom Nelson, employee, was very helpful in my purchases. I appreciated his guidance in getting the right thing for the best price --no pushy sales tactics. He was friendly and totally had my best interest at hand. Even put the windshield wipers on for me at no extra cost, which is probably standard, but I didn't have to ask. He just volunteered. Excellent customer service.

What an absolutely wonderful staff they have at this location. Friendly, helpful and extremely courteous! Needed a few things for my college daughter while I was in town and they provided fantastic service! Highly recommend!
