Ordered a new rotor and received a used one. The first photo is a clearly used rotor. The second photo is another new one they sent with it

I'm amazed at the stuff that these guys have sometimes! But it seems if you work there for a couple weeks you would kind of know the ropes of the store....

Amazingly helpful!! Had to do a battery swap and the associate, Daryan, came outside and swapped it for me! Gave helpful advice during the purchase and installation. Super reasonable prices, especially considering in town competition. Definitely recommend!

We called tonight for a quote and the lady was rude, I understand it was 10 minutes till closeing time but it's still her job and we didn't appreciate it the attitude. Also almost 2 weeks ago we were there and the man working the counter was struggling to help multiple customers because his help was too busy on her phone with a personal phone call. O'reily's is more expensive but with the way your customer service has been lately with the females working there I think I'll go somewhere else.
