Great communication with Jared and Josh Molstead. Finance Manager Jim Molstead was helpful and courteous. Sales person Deb, delivered my new Bronco to my house and took my trade in back to the dealership.

We came to pay for and pick up a truck that we had ordered. When told the sales people that would might be interested in a new vehicle for my wife. They valued her current car and she test drove a new one that was on the show room floor. Long story short, we purchased went home with 2 new vehicles.

Highly recommend the service department! We had driven for a day and half in a blizzard and snow packed roads and our car was vibrating and struggling. They were the only place that could get us in and take a look. They cleaned out all of the packed snow and got us on the road again quickly. Everyone was friendly, especially Sydney. Thank you for taking care of us!

From our experience, Molstead: -Did not do what they said they would do -Overpriced a damaged vehicle -Did not disclose significant damage We decided to try buying used and buying local. Originally selected this dealership because we heard good things. Searching online we found a vehicle that looked like exactly what we were looking for. In conversation with our sales manager Jack, he explained that they just got the vehicle in, was in great shape, was a one owner vehicle from an older woman who couldn't drive it anymore, only damage was minor body that was fixed. The test drive was fine (during the day), so we made what we believed to be a fair purchase. Great experience! Got the car I was looking for, a 2025 Ford Explorer ST. It is perfect! I worked with many people there and I can't say anything but how excellent they all were.
