I inquired online about specific Cooper Tires and was reached out to the following day and was told I would be able to get in on the day I requested. They picked up my car at my house(after informing me of the out of town fee for pickup), and had new tires mounted/aligned/ready to go and brought back to my house within 2 hours like promised. I would recommend C&O Tire to anyone because of their dedication to customer service and provide quality work too. Sean and Doug are the best around!

Vehicle serviced here awhile back , now find out I have vehicle damage listed on my vehicles car history report due to this place. Inquired about it, no response from them whatsoever. Be careful.

Owner is arrogant and rude. Terrible customer service. I do not recommend this place if you are from out of town (especially if you are a female). They were rude and acted annoyed by me needing tires installed from the minute I got there. Said they “didn’t take the regular steps to ensuring proper tire installation (which includes ensuring wheel alignment) because I didn’t buy the tires from them”. Had they treated me the same as their regular customers, the tires would not have been bald in less than 6 months and the wheel bearing probably wouldn’t have gone bad.

We blew a tire on our boat trailer while going through the area on the interstate. We were able to limp it to their shop after calling them to confirm they had the right size tire in stock. First, they were incredibly slow. The owner decided he would go to lunch before helping us. I didn't think that was a huge deal, but it took him over an hour to get back. Generally, if I had customers, I would choose a faster lunch option or help them first. The next part was the main reason for the one star. They had to use slightly larger tires on our trailer since the size tire we had was no longer made. Not a problem. However, the bolts used on the mounting bracket were too long to use that thickness of tire as they scraped against the sidewall. The bracket simply needed to be turned around on the f

Last Friday we had the tire pressure on our SUV start dropping quickly. I stopped at a gas station in Floyd and it was not holding air and luckily these guys got us in on a Friday 15 mns before they going to close and got us patched up. This was such a win for us because we were roughly 45 mns into a 3 hour road trip for an event our kids could not miss. Thanks again to the crew who helps us out on 01/24/2025!!!
