Alexander was an amazing help ! Check engine light came on I was super nervous as I just bought the vehicle 3 days ago . Wasted no time in getting a code reader to help me out and see the issue ! Helped me check out a few other things under the hood for coolant issue in the past, was very helpful and I truly appreciated the help ! Manger has a great employee working at this location! I went there last night to make a major purchase. There was no parking because there was a food truck taking up half the parking lot with cones and the food trucks customers parking. I shopped elsewhere. I will be reporting to corporate. They are losing business and corporate needs to know.

The guys that run this AutoZone are beyond kind and helpful, even though I didn't come for parts exactly... I had a last minute decal job themed "Day Of The Dead" 5 days before Cinco De Mayo. Not even sure exactly what to sketch out with such a short window, I went shopping with friends and got into all sorts of good stuff over here!! **See Photos** The BEST part, was that these guys didn't care that we were ordering last minute arts and crafts type supplies, rather than engine parts. I was in need of a battery for my wife’s Cadillac. The minute I walked in the door the lady was extremely rude and an attitude like I was interrupting her day of doing nothing. I needed assistance changing out the battery (like autozone advertised) and her response was she didn’t have the time to do it, even though two other workers were there. Between her terrible attitude and laziness I will never return nor recommend anyone to go there. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

Kevin was so helpful. I was in and out of here in 10 minutes. I thought I needed a new battery and he checked it and said that I could just clean it and that the battery was fine. Spent $16 instead of $250. I appreciate his help!
