I needed a windshield wiper blade after the car wash shredded one of mine. I entered the store and was immediately greeted by a lovely gentleman who ensured I got the right one and then proceeded to put the new one on my car!! Who does that these days??? I was just blown away!! I had a wonderful experience and highly recommend them!!

Josh is absolutely amazing. I was having such a hard time with my windshield wipers and he came out and helped me get the right ones and he got them on. I highly recommend working with them!!

I needed 2 heavy duty AGM batteries for a diesel truck, and Autozone had the best selection at the best prices in Concord. But they only had one, and I needed them that day. I spoke to Josh. He got my number and called me back within 5 minutes. He had arranged for the store’s driver to go get one from the Manchester store, even though her shift had just ended. My truck was stranded a couple miles away, but Josh installed both batteries, in the cold, in the dark, in no time, using all the right tools and tricks for a complicated installation. It’s the sort of amazing service that you seldom see these days, especially from a national retail chain. I used to mostly shop O’Reilly’s, but I’m a forever customer of Autozone now.

Brandon W. was so helpful when I came in for a replacement headlight bulb. He offered to help me install it, and when it turned out that I had bought the wrong bulb, he exchanged it for the correct one with no problem. Great customer service attitude! Definitely will be returning in the future.
