Go see Armando at this Auto Zone! He was totally awesome to help me get a new battery and he even installed it for free in less than 30 minutes from the time I walked in the door until the moment I drove away with an awesome new super powerful battery! So happy, grateful, and thankful! Several months ago I also went to this Auto Zone for a new headlight and they installed that also for free! I love this place and the people there are awesome and super helpful! 🎉

I had the best experience at this location today. I was just about to pick the wrong headlight for my car based on a chatgpt suggestion when Riley V asked me if he could double check my selection. He helped me get the correct one and made sure it was put in correctly. As a single woman it can be intimidating to go into car part stores knowing that I know nothing about cars. I felt very well taken care of and Riley gave EVERYONE the same great care that he gave me. I'll be sure to return next time I need anything for my car

I have been a loyal customer for many years but today's experience was by far the best. I needed a new battery & the store manager (Estrelena) was such a delight. Very professional, knowledgeable & got the job done before I could blink. If I could give 10 stars, I would & highly recommend this location. 👍🏾👍🏾

They didn't have the part. I had a issue with the lady that worked there. I came from another store that told me the part was available. I get there and it's not. Ok, that's cool... But what I didn't like she spent to much to time complaining and venting about the other store not calling her to verify.. It got to the point where I had to remind her that I wasn't there for a talkshow gossip fight only a part. And instead of shooting down your business help me find who actually has the part. I did get the part after two different stores. But honestly I could've gotten that information when I walked in... The first 3 mins of being the store. Very unprofessional.

Ian was very helpful yesterday. I came in for coolant and a brake light bulb. He ended up helping me with another issue and I was very grateful. You can tell he likes to help people. Awesome job, great customer service.
