Great customer service, staff were very friendly. Long line, but to be expected during the holidays!

Looked for a while on my own and then waited in line for 10 min politely to ask employee if he may be able to provide some more help on finding a set of items that was listed as in stock at the specific store; I just couldn’t find where they were located. Asked for help, employee said “If they aren’t on the wall, we don’t have them”. Pointed out how they’re listed as multiple in stock here, and he said the same thing. Well, after wandering around the entire store again on my own for a while, turns out, the items were in stock, just in a different spot than normal, exactly the case I had just asked the employee about. I could have saved 25 minutes of time and the employee could have very easily avoided affirming the bad taste in my mouth regarding this specific location.

Great service and friendly staff... appreciate the help..will be coming back for any further needs in the future!
